## Shipping & returns

Peralane is a B2B wholesale platform - orders are commercial wholesale
transactions for registered resellers, retailers and boutiques.

## Dispatch (handling time)

Dispatch is the time it takes us to source, prepare and pack your order
before it is handed to the courier. Because goods are sourced per order from
our manufacturer network:

- Standard dispatch: 6–15 business days.
- Expedited processing (selectable at checkout): dispatch in 3 business days.

## Transit times

Transit starts when your parcel leaves our facilities and depends on the
method you select at checkout:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from the weight/volume of your
order, the selected method and the destination - there is no flat rate.

## Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you receive a shipping confirmation email with
your tracking number(s) and the carrier's details.

## Customs & duties

All customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are the buyer's
responsibility. Checkout quotes exclude customs and import tariffs, and we
cannot take responsibility for customs clearance or related delays.

## Risk of loss

Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer the moment the order is
handed over to the courier. We do not refund or replace packages lost,
delayed or damaged in transit, or held by customs.

## Cancellations & modifications

You can cancel or modify an order before it is dispatched and before
sourcing has started - contact us immediately at sales@peralane.com or
+90 506 484 33 44 (support available 24/7). Once products have been
sourced, changes are no longer possible: goods are procured specifically per
order across a multi-supplier network.

## Returns (B2B)

As a wholesale supplier operating a multi-supplier sourcing model, we do
not accept returns, exchanges or buyer's-remorse refunds once an order has
been dispatched. All wholesale sales are final upon dispatch - standard
practice in B2B, and unavoidable when goods are produced to order by our
independent manufacturer partners.

## Defective or incorrect items

If something arrives with a manufacturing defect, a production error, or does
not match your order, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement:

1. Write to sales@peralane.com within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
2. Include your order number, a written description and clear photos.
3. Subject line: `DEFECT CLAIM – Order #[your order number]`.

Return shipment is not required unless our support team explicitly asks for
it. Claims are answered within 2 business days; approved refunds are
processed within 5–10 business days and appear 5–20 business days
later depending on your bank (PayPal refunds typically within 3–5 business
days).

## Buyer protection

Payments made via PayPal are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection for 180
days from the date of payment. For bank-transfer payments, contact
sales@peralane.com directly to resolve any dispute.

## Ordering & minimums

### Who can order from Peralane?

Peralane is a B2B wholesale platform for registered resellers, retailers,
boutiques and business buyers. You must be at least 18 and ordering on behalf
of a business - orders are commercial wholesale transactions.

### Is there a minimum order?

Yes - the wholesale minimum is $500 per order. Your bag tracks the gap
live and checkout unlocks once you reach it.

### Do I need an account to order?

No - guest checkout works. With a free account you can track orders, save
addresses for faster checkout, keep lists and see your order history in one
place.

### Can I mix brands and categories in one order?

Yes. The $500 minimum applies to the whole order, not to a single brand or
style, so you can combine styles from different brands in one checkout.

### How often is new stock added?

New styles arrive every week. Sort any collection by Newest to see the
latest arrivals first.

### Can I cancel or change my order?

Only before it is dispatched and before sourcing starts. Write to
sales@peralane.com or call/WhatsApp +90 506 484 33 44 as soon as
possible.

## Series packs & sizing

### What is a series pack?

Turkish wholesale is sold by the series: one pack that contains a set size
run of the same style and colour. The product page shows exactly which sizes
and how many pieces are in one series before you add it to your bag.

### Can I choose individual sizes?

It depends on the style. Fixed-series styles are ordered as complete packs;
other styles let you pick the sizes you need. The product page tells you which
applies, and the bag warns you if a series is incomplete.

### How do I choose the right size?

Start from height rather than age, and when in doubt take the larger size.

### What are the pieces made of?

Every piece lists its fabric composition on its product page. If you need
fabric details or certification documents for a specific style before
ordering, write to sales@peralane.com.

## Shipping & delivery

### How long does dispatch take?

Standard dispatch takes 6-15 business days - goods are sourced per order
from our manufacturer network. Choose 3 Days Dispatch & Air Cargo at
checkout and your order is handed to an express courier within 3 business
days.

### How long does delivery take?

After dispatch: 2-6 business days by air cargo with FedEx, UPS or DHL
(Europe typically 3-5), or 10-20 business days with the economy
post-office option. Transit times do not include dispatch time.

### How much is shipping?

Shipping is a percentage of your goods total, shown before you pay: 20%
for air cargo with FedEx/UPS/DHL, 15% for economy post, 25% for
3-day dispatch with express air. There is no free-shipping threshold.

### My order is over $1,000 - is shipping still a percentage?

No. Above $1,000 we get you a special rate instead: choose Get Me Special
Quotation at checkout. We send you the shipping quote, and once you approve
it we add the shipping payment to your order.

### Can I use my own courier or forwarder?

Yes - choose I'll Handle Shipment Myself and collect the parcels from our
warehouse with your own courier or forwarder. A 10% VAT applies because
the goods are not exported by us.

### How is my order packed?

In standard 60 × 40 × 40 cm export cartons, typically around 12 kg each.
Checkout shows an estimate of how many cartons your order fills.

### How do I track my order?

Once dispatched you receive an email with the carrier and tracking number.
You can also use [Track Your Order](/track-order) with your order number and
the email used at checkout, or see it under your account.

### What about customs and import taxes?

Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are the buyer's
responsibility; checkout quotes exclude them.

## Payment & pricing

### Which payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, credit card and bank transfer are all available at checkout. Card and
PayPal are charged when you order; with bank transfer your order ships once the
transfer arrives, and the account details come with the proforma invoice.

### Which currency do I pay in?

Prices are set in US dollars. You can browse in USD, EUR or GBP with the
currency selector, and the bank details on your proforma follow the currency
you chose. The amount is fixed when you place the order.

### What should I write in the transfer reference?

Your order number, so we can match the payment to your order.

### Is paying with PayPal protected?

Yes - PayPal payments are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection for 180 days.

### Do you offer discount codes?

## Returns & claims

### What is the returns policy?

Wholesale orders are final once dispatched - we cannot accept returns,
exchanges or buyer's-remorse refunds, because goods are procured per order
from independent manufacturers. Manufacturing defects and wrong items are
always covered - see below.

### What if a piece is defective or wrong?

Write to sales@peralane.com within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery
with your order number, a description and photos. You get a full refund or
replacement; return shipment is not required unless our team asks for it.
Claims are answered within 2 business days. You can also use the claim desk
on the [contact page](/contact).

### My parcel is late or damaged in transit - what now?

Once the carrier has collected the parcel, transit risk passes to the buyer,
so delays and transit damage are handled with the carrier. Use your tracking
number on the carrier's website, and write to us with your order number if
you need the shipment details.

### When do refunds arrive?

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days; funds appear
5-20 business days later depending on your bank. PayPal refunds typically
land within 3-5 business days.

## Private label

### Do you make clothes under my own label?

Yes - private label, white label and OEM programmes run alongside our own
line. The [private label](/private-label) page lists the minimums, what can be
changed and the six-stage process.

### What volume do I need for private label?

Private label starts from 3,000 units per style. Below that, the ready
wholesale catalogue is the better fit - there is no programme to set up.

### How do I create an account?

[Register](/register) with your business details. It is free, and you can
still check out as a guest if you prefer.

### I forgot my password - what now?

Use [Forgot password](/forgot-password) on the sign-in page and we email you a
reset link.

### Why do you ask me to verify my phone number?

We send a one-time code to confirm that the mobile number on your order is
reachable.

### Can I save items for later?

Yes - add styles to your wishlist or to named lists, and come back to them
from your account at any time.
